Over the last several years my path has been one of challenge, spiritual awakening, and growth. As an author of matters concerning mind, body & spirit, I have met so many wonderful and like minded souls along the way.
Personal empowerment is what so many of my clients seek. Always looking for ways to improve their lives and their sense of self. I have taken my training and have dedicated my life work to assisting others in finding their own voices, their true selves and in turn, changing their lives and improving their experience of health, abundance, relationships, and their sense of the sacred.
My passion is helping others find the connection between ones physical life and how it reflects ones own inner life. Our physical life and our ability to manifest, is an energetic that we choose a relationship with.
In my work, I take someone deep into their relationship with self. Whether one on one, or in a group setting, my work focuses on aligning the sacred feminine within, for both women and men. We look at relationships, karmic love and soulmates, and dive deeply into soul and life coaching during our work together. It is much more than just about changing beliefs, thoughts and over-riding emotions. It is about understanding our shadowside, our multi-dimensional self, and how to turn the looking glass within, to find our own guides and answers.
There are many realities at work in the world today, as many mindsets and perceptions as there are stars in the sky. I teach how to connect with one's true inner self, and how to receive the sacred feminine within. "It is time for the 'death dance' of the patriarch", as one of my beloved teachers once said to me. It is time to re-birth ourselves, through the sacred Goddess energies. There are many tools, and paths to doing so. Once there, it becomes a much bigger quest. It does not matter what religion you practice, what your idea of God, or Spirit is, it is about a connection to a higher power, which is ultimately a 'higher' connection to yourself. Fear-based beliefs are trying to hold on desperately. They manifest in a myriad of ways. Some call it ego, it has many names. Whatever you call it, it is your greatest teacher. It shows you what you are not...

"You can not ignore one aspect of life and expect your life to be balanced. In fact, what we ignore tends to control our lives, creating chaos and imbalance that will manifest in many different expressions, one of them being overloaded with debt, or inflicted with disease. Taking a deeper look at one dynamic relationship , such as your relationship with money, allows for openings to be seen within your energy body where you unconsciously leak energy and personal power. When I work with my clients I look for those openings as a way to move into a deeper level of work and healing. So often as they speak about their relationships with money, I begin to see mindsets, beliefs, wounds, and other areas where stagnant energy is accumulating and causing them to stay stuck in cycles that do not move them forward in life. So very often it is never really about money, but about the relationship they have with themselves. Once the deeper cycle is discovered and worked through, their relationship with money heals and becomes abundant. There is a great fear at work in the world today with so much talk of our economy and financial hardship, mindsets and beliefs are contagious, and we have to be sure we know how to separate our own beliefs from those of others that do not belong to us, both on an individual and collective level. Only then can one truly heal. In order to do that, you have to know who you are at a very deep level."
